Intentional Living© is a way of life.

An attitude, if you will.

It is not therapy, and not classical coaching either. We use elements of art therapy, mindfulness techniques and meditation, and above all: intention. The power of intention is almost completely overlooked in our society, yet it can be life-defining and highly life-changing.

The aim is for each client to build a strong and stable connection with herself using her inherent creativity, paired with clear intention. This can lead to greater emotional balance and thus more inner peace, and this in turn can lead to what is called "taking your life into your own hands".

Especially as autistic women, maybe diagnosed late, we face numerous challenges in a neurotypical world, whether in our private lives or at work. Many autistic and other neurodivergent employees suffer silently at work, often to the point of breakdown. Making your autism known can even be detrimental to your career.

Of course we have to face challenges in life. For autistic women, however, these are often very special, which well-meaning friends and colleagues may not always be able to understand.

Creativity with intention has proven to be a powerful tool for me to meet these challenges - and I would like to share this with you.
